Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to customers within the continental United States and offer free shipping, with certain restrictions. We will cover the cost of shipping for qualifying items being delivered within the continental United States of America at no cost to the buyer, up to $15.00 per item. If the actual shipping price charged by the provider/carrier for an item is more than $15, a deduction of $15 will be taken from the total cost and the buyer will be required to pay the difference.
Exceptions to this policy do exist. Some of our providers offer global shipping on certain items. We try to put that fact in the product name and include it in our collection, Global Shipping Available. If you need shipping outside of the USA, please visit this collection on our site to see what products we offer.
Some of our products may not offer Free Shipping. If Free Shipping is not offered for a particular item, it will say so in the product description. If you do not see this exception listed in the product description, then Free Shipping in the continental USA up $15 will be covered.
Ready Made Products:
*Standard Processing Time: 2–4 business days
*Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing
⏳ Some items may take longer to arrive, typically up to 10–15 business days. If a product has an extended delivery estimate, it will be clearly noted in the product description on the product page, however we have no control over actual delivery times.
"Print on Demand" Products:
"Print on demand" products are only produced after you place your order, instead of being produced in bulk. We thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and helping reduce our carbon footprint.
*Print on Demand Processing Time: 3–7 business days
*Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing
**Please note that these "print on demand" products are non-refundable and cannot be returned to Shell Design Boutique, unless they are deemed defective. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. We are also happy to now offer Return Assurance Product Protection by Seel for a small fee, in case you change your mind about the product.
Cancellations
If your item is a ready-made item, you may request a cancellation if you change your mind before the item is shipped. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes. However, if your order is for a custom product, such as a "print-on-demand" product, cancellations cannot be accepted. Production of these "print on demand" products begins as soon as you place your order and the process cannot be stopped. For this reason, cancellations for these items will not be accepted, so be sure you are satisfied before you buy.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment using the link provided.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible, from different suppliers. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Lost in Transit
If your order never arrives at your delivery address, please contact the carrier who was responsible for shipping within 30 days, as they may be able to help locate your lost item. All packages sent are covered by the shipping carrier, so if the item is lost, please file a claim with them. If needed, we will provide you with all the necessary information to help file your claim.
Address Accuracy and Security
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for shipping fees. If tracking information shows your order was delivered at your indicated address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items and a refund will not be issued. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is a safe and secure location. Please check with the shipping carrier and neighbors to help locate delivered items in those unfortunate circumstances.
