Free Shipping in the USA

Shell Design Boutique will cover the cost of shipping for items being delivered within the continental United States of America at no cost to the buyer, up to $15.00 per item.  If the actual shipping price charged by the provider/carrier for an item is more than $15, a deduction of $15 will be taken from the total cost and the buyer will be required to pay the difference.  If you live outside of the continental United States, we strive to find affordable options.  Exported item shipping fees will be based on your location, size and weight of item and delivery company.  Please contact us at info@shelldesignboutique.com if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

Domestic/Shipping from USA timeline:  If your ready-made item is being shipped from Shell Design Boutique or one of our reputable suppliers within the United States, processing time is usually 2-3 business days, with approximately 3 - 7 more business days shipping time.  

Imported/shipping from overseas timeline:  Packaging and Handling time for ready-made items being imported from overseas is usually 3-5 business days.  These items are shipped directly from one of our reputable overseas vendors.  Shipping for these products can take approximately 7 - 14 business days.  Processing your item through customs and into the United States can take extra time and cause significant delays.  We appreciate your patience when waiting for your item to arrive.  Please note that we are not responsible for any extra custom's fees or charges.

"Print on Demand" Products:  Our "print on demand" products are produced after you place your order, instead of being produced in bulk.  We thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and helping reduce overproduction.  Production of these "print on demand" products begins as soon as you place your order.  The process begins immediately after you place your order and cannot be stopped, which is why cancellations for these items cannot be accepted.  Production times can take from 3 - 7 business days from the date of your purchase.  Orders being shipped from within the USA can take 3 - 5 days to arrive.  If your order is being shipped from overseas, the shipping can take 7 - 14 more business days.  Please note that these "print on demand" products cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective.  

Cancellations

If your item is being fulfilled directly from Shell Design Boutique or a related supplier, buyers may request a cancellation if they change their mind before the item is shipped.  We will try our best to accommodate your wishes. However, if your order is for a custom product, such as a "print-on-demand" product, cancellations cannot be accepted.  Production begins on your order as soon as you place it, so please be certain that you are satisfied with the product before placing your order, as cancellations cannot be accepted after the order is placed.

Return of Defective Items

We are happy to accept returns for products that are deemed defective.  Any claims of misprinted/damaged/defective items should be submitted to info@shelldesignboutique.com within 30 days after the product has been delivered.  Claims deemed defective will be accepted and return shipping will be paid by us.  Please see our Refund Policy for all the necessary details.

Lost in Shipment/Item Never Arrives

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to info@shelldesignboutique.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  If the item is determined to have been lost in transit, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to locate your package or refund your money.
